Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years in Quality Management, ideally in semiconductor industry; direct automotive-quality or customer-facing technical roles highly preferred
- Strong understanding of semiconductor/IC technology, fault isolation, failure mechanisms and analysis, and system-architecture interactions
- Deep knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and procedures (e.g., IATF 16949, FMEA, 8D, Risk Management)
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel (Power Query), SQL, Power BI, and Data Modeling
- Hands-on experience with Confluence, including process design
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork skills
- Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Aufgaben
- Support R&D and industrial engineering teams
- Define quality improvement priorities
- Monitor and analyze customer complaint data
- Act as primary technical interface for HW quality
- Drive quality risk assessments
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Conduct first-level technical analysis of customer reruns
- Validate reported issues and reproduce failures
- Perform initial fault isolation
- Manage No-Trouble-Found (NTF) cases
- Close the loop with customers
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams
- Coordinate advanced failure analysis
- Contribute to automotive-specific quality processes
- Deploy quality tools and KPIs aligned with IATF 16949, AEC-Q100
- Lead Product Change Notice (PCN) activities
- Ensure smooth implementation and quality stability after mass production
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure ongoing compliance with automotive standards
