  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and department leads to address challenges
  • •Build meaningful relationships to engage and close candidates
  • •Source talent on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • •Develop a proactive talent network
  • •Monitor pipeline success using relevant data
  • •Build dashboards to keep stakeholders informed
  • •Execute global strategic talent acquisition initiatives
  • •Drive success through continuous improvement suggestions
  • •Mentor junior team members
