- Closed new business and managed partner relationships
- Proven track record of creative outreach and persistent follow-ups
- Thrives in high-volume, high-rejection sales cycle
- Strong data fluency
- Comfortable discussing ROAS, LTV, and Retention
- Understanding of mobile app ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, SDKs)
- Understanding of monetization models' impact on developer bottom line
- Proactive problem-solver
- Finds ways around blockers to keep deals moving
- Takes full responsibility for domain (wins, misses)
- Builds missing components
- Focus on high-leverage work that moves business needle
- Pushes self and teammates to highest standards
- Excited by building new sales/AM function from ground up

- Prioritize high-potential accounts
- Create sales frameworks for scalable growth
- Translate partner feedback into actionable insights
- Communicate insights to Product and Engineering teams
- Drive new business acquisition
- Maintain net revenue retention of active accounts
