Aufgaben
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal applications and integrations
- Design architecture, code, test, deploy, and maintain software
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Develop data models, APIs, system architecture, and UI flows
- Implement full-stack features with clean, maintainable code
- Design and manage persistence layers
- Integrate with third-party and internal services
- Build security and compliance into designs
- Incorporate data protection and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IST, ITOps, and Legal on standards adherence
- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Challenge assumptions and co-design pragmatic solutions
- Support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide technical support during UAT
- Address defects quickly during UAT
- Communicate feasibility, trade-offs, and timelines
- Manage scope to protect solution integrity
- Implement and operate CI/CD pipelines
- Achieve reliable, frequent releases with low failure rates
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Ensure high software quality and reduce regressions
- Provide ongoing production support for owned applications
- Perform bug fixes and performance tuning
- Refactor code to address technical debt
- Evolve features based on user feedback and strategy
- Document architecture and decisions clearly
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting
- Create meaningful KPIs and dashboards
- Serve as primary on-call engineer for applications
- Lead incident investigation and coordination
- Run blameless post-mortems after critical incidents
- Identify root causes of incidents
- Define action items to reduce incident recurrence
