- Deep understanding of scalable web architectures (monolithic, microservices, hybrid)
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Passion for automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Passion for test-driven development (TDD)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong expertise in PHP development, debugging, and design
- Knowledge of agile development tools, techniques, and principles
- Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform
- Experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong grasp of web security (encryption, authentication, authorization)
