Aufgaben
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for key decision-makers
- Prepare various financial reports and statements
- Analyze actuals in SAP and calculate accruals with budget owners
- Prepare monthly forecasts and load data into Hyperion
- Draft standard commentary for major deviations in actuals versus forecasts
- Communicate planning instructions and key milestone dates clearly and timely
- Monitor business unit performance while preparing financial plans
- Automate consolidation and analysis processes where possible
- Prepare consolidated planning information and analyses promptly
- Plan and control processes to minimize revisions to financial plans
- Ensure analysis is error-free and completed on time
- Collaborate with senior leadership, providing support and constructive challenge
- Ensure documentation is audit-proof and aligns with the tax department in Austria
