- Proficiency with financial reporting tools
- Clear communication with non-finance stakeholders across global teams
Aufgaben
- Own full financial reporting cycle
- Review and sign off on hires, invoices, and purchase orders
- Drive month-end close processes
- Prepare bank and investor reports
- Monitor covenant compliance
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between flash and actuals
- Identify root causes of discrepancies
- Partner with Group Accounting on audit preparation
- Serve as expert on financial records and consolidation
- Collaborate with business units globally to review cost reports
- Track performance against budgets
- Build and optimize approval workflows
- Develop cost allocation models
- Create KPI tracking frameworks
- Drive automation of controlling and reporting processes
- Establish and document best practices for financial controlling
