- Certified Specialist in Finance or equivalent
- Fluent German and English
Aufgaben
- Manage financial and management accounting for the Shared Service Center
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Swiss statutory standards
- Maintain transparent and audit-ready general and sub-ledgers
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Deliver reliable IFRS group reporting to headquarters
- Provide structured data to support planning cycles
- Handle end-to-end Swiss and EU VAT filings and reconciliations
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for financial audits
- Support tax and social security audits with factual data
- Oversee and control the accounts payable workflow
- Maintain FI/CO master data and CO-PA allocations
- Coordinate administrative tasks for the Shanghai and Hong Kong offices
- Reconcile and match all intercompany partner accounts
