Anforderungen

• •Experience in accounting or finance
• •Experience within an international organisation ideally
• •Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business
• •Ability to manage multiple tasks
• •Accurate work and attention to detail
• •Confident use of Microsoft Excel
• •Experience with ERP systems
• •Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards (OR)

Aufgaben

• •Process employee expense claims and supplier invoices
• •Manage payments and corporate credit card transactions
• •Audit staff travel and expense claims
• •Monitor and reconcile petty cash expenses
• •Process reminders and statements of account
• •Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items
• •Book financial transactions and reconcile subsidiary accounts
• •Maintain accurate documentation and financial records
• •Implement and maintain financial policies and guidelines
• •Improve finance processes and internal controls
• •Provide administrative support to the finance team
• •Assist with ad hoc projects and analyses
• •Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders
• •Provide guidance on day-to-day finance matters
