Anforderungen

  • Degree in natural sciences or business administration (university or university of applied sciences), ideally with sustainability or financial communication focus
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in manufacturing or publicly listed company
  • Strong expertise in CSRD/ESRS and EU Taxonomy reporting
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Passion for and experience in optimizing internal data management, process design, and system selection
  • Excellent communication skills (report and presentation drafting) and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
  • High independence, structured working style, and resilience
  • Excellent German and English language skills

Aufgaben

  • Coordinate and execute group-wide non-financial reporting
  • Manage and control reporting projects
  • Define and update reporting content per CSRD/ESRS
  • Conduct materiality analysis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for KPI collection
  • Conduct external audit
  • Identify and adapt KPIs for compliance
  • Expand information for internal management
  • Implement necessary changes at all levels
  • Optimize data availability and quality
  • Establish and implement necessary processes and systems
  • Improve data timeliness and completeness
  • Enhance data quality for ESRS and EU Taxonomy
  • Optimize data collection processes and tools
  • Reduce manual effort through digitalization
  • Coordinate operational implementation of reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with finance and communications on report preparation
  • Manage internal sustainability initiatives
  • Identify and manage ESG-related risks
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk Management
  • Derive recommendations for action
  • Monitor reporting and sustainability communication developments
  • Support stakeholders in creating communication materials
  • Manage additional ESG reporting streams
  • Contribute to sustainability strategy revision
  • Develop and implement climate transition plan
  • Support other relevant sustainability projects
