Aufgaben
- Lead technical teams on complex HVDC and FACTS projects
- Develop detailed technical specifications and evaluate technology solutions
- Support contract negotiations and conduct design reviews
- Oversee factory witness testing for major equipment
- Design and test control and protection systems
- Manage commissioning and ensure operational readiness
- Coordinate front-end engineering and early project design
- Supervise procurement and tendering activities for project owners
- Drive development of interconnector and offshore solutions
- Interface with equipment suppliers and system operators
- Mentor and guide fellow team members
- Establish strategic partnerships and implement best practices
- Monitor project quality standards and financial targets
