- Define the company-wide fraud prevention strategy
- Align fraud strategy with organizational risk appetite
- Monitor real-time transactions for emerging patterns
- Optimize fraud rules and scoring models
- Evaluate and implement advanced prevention technologies
- Manage and remediate escalated fraud incidents
- Provide fraud insights and KPIs to management
- Advise stakeholders on strategic fraud risks
- Partner cross-functionally with IT and Compliance teams
- Coordinate with external payment and data providers
- Improve payment success rates and reduce losses
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
