- Assess chip performance and identify issues
- Recommend specific design improvements
- Collaborate with design and product teams
- Drive corrective actions based on results
- Apply circuit design expertise to troubleshooting
- Create detailed validation reports
- Present findings to cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians
- Research advancements in lab automation
