- Strong knowledge of public, hybrid, private cloud environments, IaaS, CaaS, PaaS, CI/CD, databases, observability, security, Virtual Network Functions
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to high-quality services
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
- Familiarity with vendor and supplier interactions
- Understanding of IT service management processes
- Fluency in English
