- 7+ years software development experience (backend and frontend)
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Ability to design and optimize scalable and reliable systems
- Experience setting up observability and monitoring for services
- Hands-on experience with one or more cloud providers
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Ability to drive consensus and delivery through technical documentation (ARDs or RFCs)
- Experience or curiosity leveraging AI tooling
- Experience with React
- Experience with Golang
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and configuration

- Collaborate with product, business, and tech teams
- Prioritize and plan platform projects and optimizations

- Improve developer productivity and code quality
- Contribute to architecture evolution and process scaling
- Support continuous improvement in a fast-moving organization
