Aufgaben
- Administer SCCM, Intune, and NinjaOne environments
- Create and manage collections and queries
- Develop and deploy applications and packages
- Distribute and troubleshoot system content
- Manage OS deployments and Autopilot setups
- Generate custom reports for EUC environments
- Configure MDM and MAM solutions
- Patch workstations and servers to required levels
- Resolve system problems with long-term solutions
- Collaborate on Active Directory and Azure policies
- Harden endpoint images with security stakeholders
- Write PowerShell scripts for system automation
- Provide technical solutions in project meetings
- Manage and resolve incident ticket queues
- Handle escalated service desk requests
- Champion the company’s cybersecurity efforts
- Support international IT customers and vendors
