- Oversee project initiation and risk reporting
- Assess CRM design to maximize user acceptance
- Identify and implement CRM process improvements
- Investigate and implement a Copilot interface
- Define rollout milestones for the CRM system
- Develop training and key user concepts
- Ensure a successful global CRM go-live
