Aufgaben
- Lead global equipment design, integration, and ramp-up
- Provide strategic engineering leadership and technical expertise
- Develop and mentor high-performing engineering teams
- Drive global standardization and modernization of manufacturing
- Resolve critical production, quality, and supplier issues
- Design equipment and processes meeting manufacturing, quality, and safety standards
- Optimize equipment performance for cost, reliability, uptime, and maintainability
- Promote design excellence through robust review processes
- Integrate smart factory and digital (MES) solutions into equipment
- Manage large-scale capital projects from concept to implementation
- Oversee CapEx planning, forecasting, and execution
- Ensure supplier quality, cost, and delivery commitments
- Build strong vendor partnerships for long-term operational needs
- Supervise equipment installation, integration, and production ramp-up
- Minimize disruption to ongoing manufacturing operations
- Prepare sites for operational readiness
- Train and develop site capabilities
- Achieve efficiency, reliability, and output targets
- Ensure manufacturing lines meet quality, regulatory, and performance standards
- Enhance OEE, uptime, and reliability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Enable data-driven decision making through performance tracking
