Aufgaben
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Set and substantiate financial targets for the Business Unit MedTech
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes with CFO MedTech and Executive Leadership Team
- Develop and implement FP&A and performance controlling tools
- Conduct value stream analyses to support corporate strategy
- Manage cash flow and reporting for the Business Unit MedTech
- Provide financial support to subsidiaries and collaborate with management, controlling, accounting, and operations
- Prepare and present management reports, scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and business cases
- Optimize and digitalize reporting and planning processes using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and CoPilote
- Support M&A projects, investment decisions, and risk assessments
- Lead, develop, and empower the FP&A team
- Manage talent development and pipeline within the FP&A team
