Aufgaben
- Lead complex investigations into company policy violations
- Conduct investigations across Europe and Intercontinental Hub countries
- Develop and execute strategic investigative plans
- Conduct interviews and collect evidence
- Analyze evidence to support investigative findings
- Prepare detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations
- Present investigation outcomes to senior management
- Guide implementation of solutions and corrective actions
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, and other departments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Monitor relevant laws and compliance best practices
