Senior Director, Compliance(m/w/x)
Developing European healthcare compliance programs for novel oncology therapies, representing on the European Leadership team. 12+ years in-house pharmaceutical compliance program development in Europe, with a Law degree, essential. Anforderungen
- Minimum 12 years' relevant experience, including in-house pharmaceutical compliance program development
- Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Experience managing people, teams, and dotted-line reports
- Extensive experience with pharmaceutical product compliance in Europe
- Comprehensive knowledge of European healthcare fraud, abuse laws, transparency, and industry codes
- Ability to apply risk-based analysis to compliance issues, creativity, and flexibility in solution development
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, communication, and professionalism
- Ability to work in matrix organization, collaborate, influence peers, and interact with management/teams
- Exceptional written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and at least one other language
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, and performance in fast-paced environment
- Appropriate judgment for liaising with legal/business colleagues and/or outside counsel
- Commitment to teamwork and helpfulness within Compliance department
Aufgaben
- Continuously develop European Healthcare Compliance Programs
- Represent Compliance on the European Leadership team
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams
- Implement global compliance initiatives in Europe
- Oversee review and approval of grants and sponsorships
- Oversee review and approval of speaker bureaus and advisory boards
- Oversee compliance for HCP, HCO, government, and patient group interactions
- Provide compliance expertise for developing HCP interaction systems
- Establish the European Compliance Committee
- Chair the European Compliance Committee
- Provide regular compliance reports to leadership
- Communicate compliance updates to leadership
- Collaborate on compliance reviews, assessments, and audits
- Identify and remediate potential compliance risks
- Support global compliance investigations
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Proactively identify compliance legal and regulatory issues
- Identify relevant industry trends and codes
- Build, develop, and manage the European compliance team
- Advise on adopting and revising global compliance policies
- Develop and monitor European compliance training programs
- Train employees and third parties on compliance
- Foster a culture of compliance and integrity
