Aufgaben
- Develop and own the Design System vision, roadmap, and backlog
- Create, evolve, and review components and patterns
- Maintain and advance design foundations and three-tier design tokens
- Document components, behavior, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns
- Contribute to and co-create design-to-code workflows
- Collaborate closely with developers to align design and code
- Embrace automation to reduce manual effort and speed up production
- Support and mentor other designers through feedback and collaboration
- Drive adoption of the Design System across product teams
- Measure the usage and impact of the Design System
- Enable adoption and contribution by guiding designers and engineers
- Conduct reviews, drop-ins, and share best practices
