You will drive the company's growth by translating complex data into precise forecasts. Your day-to-day involves leading the S&OP process and mentoring others to ensure operational excellence.

Anforderungen

• •At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management
• •Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy in manufacturing or FMCG
• •Experience in supplement, aromatherapy, cosmetics, wellness, or similar environment (plus)
• •Expertise in translating forecasts into efficient operations
• •Stakeholder alignment and product availability management skills
• •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• •Proficiency with ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, or Oracle
• •High proficiency with forecasting and inventory planning tools
