- •Own Top-of-Funnel growth to create a qualified pipeline
- •Design and run demand generation engines
- •Take full ownership of all channels
- •Build and scale Account-Based Marketing for target accounts
- •Analyze the funnel from first touch to revenue
- •Collaborate with Sales and founders on ICPs, accounts, and messaging
- •Test bold ideas and quickly eliminate weak ones
- •Track MQLs, pipeline, CAC, and revenue impact
- •Focus on outcomes rather than activity
- •Ensure a predictable, scalable demand generation engine is operational
- •Establish trust between Sales and Marketing through high pipeline quality
- •Develop repeatable growth channels for Paid Social and ABM
- •Maintain transparency and measurability of TOFO performance tied to revenue
- •Prepare to step into a Head of Demand Generation role
