- Production-ready Python programming
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Collaboration with backend engineers in Java
- Strong ML fundamentals and hands-on experience with LLMs
- Comfort with combining classical ML and LLMs
- Clear explanation of complex topics
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Problem-solving from definition to production launch
Aufgaben
- Build machine-learning models using diverse training and health data
- Analyze complex datasets and validate hypotheses
- Design and maintain LLM-based components and agents
- Set up evaluation pipelines for LLM features and agents
- Work with local and open-source models, adapting and fine-tuning them
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Management
- Develop solutions in a dynamic software environment
- Track advancements in AI and machine learning
- Become familiar with EGYM’s health and training data
- Complete a rotation in a software development team
- Deliver product improvements based on real usage feedback
- Standardize model and LLM agent building and shipping processes
- Act as a sparring partner for Product Management
