- Proficiency in Python or Scala
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with data manipulation and extraction using SQL and Spark
- Proven ability to analyze business and risk processes, translate into data models
- Ability to interpret and apply analytical models in business context
- Ideally, demonstrated analysis of business processes and translation into data models
- Experience in credit bureau or financial services environment (plus, not mandatory)
- Strong ability to communicate complex analytical results and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Understand functional requirements for solutions and features.

- Improve team processes.
- Ensure model accuracy through rigorous testing.
- Ensure model integrity through validation processes.
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from the data lake.
- Support product development and monitoring activities.
- Support Legal and Compliance Teams on consumer complaints.
- Support Legal and Compliance Teams on Score questions.
- Support Legal and Compliance Teams on regulatory changes.
- Support Legal and Compliance Teams on policy changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends in machine learning.
- Stay updated on new developments in data science.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality ML models.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analyses.
- Maintain and improve model accuracy and performance.
- Maintain and improve data product accuracy and performance.
- Contribute to developing new product features.
- Contribute to enhancing existing products.
- Support data-driven decision-making in Product Management.
- Provide insights from data analysis.
