Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience building and operating ML or quantitative systems in production
- Strong Python and modern ML frameworks expertise for shipping, operating, and evolving ML systems
- Experience deploying and operating ML systems on AWS or comparable cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of ML system design, experimentation, and MLOps practices
- Experience applying GenAI techniques in applied or production contexts, understanding trade-offs and limitations
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, pricing, or valuation problems, and ability to translate into quantitative models
- Ability to influence technical decisions through strong judgment and collaboration, not formal authority
- Experience supporting and guiding other data scientists through technical feedback and code reviews
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes, pragmatic approach to trade-offs and delivery
Aufgaben
- Design and build ML, econometric, and GenAI systems
- Frame and solve complex problems in system design
- Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve ML systems
- Implement machine learning models for vehicle pricing
- Evolve cross-market valuation framework for B2B, B2C, and C2B
- Translate supply-demand patterns into scalable models
- Make architectural and methodological decisions for ML systems
- Identify GenAI applications in valuation systems
- Extract signals from unstructured vehicle data
- Improve modeling workflows with GenAI techniques
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams
- Transform marketplace problems into ML solutions
- Operate ML systems across multiple countries and markets
- Mentor data scientists through collaboration and reviews
