In this role, you will support the product team by running A/B tests and analyzing various metrics to enhance webshop performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with multiple teams to drive data-informed decisions and improve conversions and retention.

Anforderungen

• •E-commerce experience with understanding of product and business metrics
• •AB testing experience in agile environments
• •Experience in building metrics and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, R or Python
• •Confidence in working with DBT, Redshift and/or Snowflake
• •Experience with Mixpanel or other analytics tooling
• •Strong agile prioritization, communication and coordination skills
• •Resilience and confidence in working with stakeholders in high-pressure situations
• •Ability to understand business requirements and translate into data driven decisions
• •Willingness to think outside the box and check for data consistency

Aufgaben

• •Support the product team in running AB tests
• •Participate in test design, preparation, analysis, and recommendations
• •Oversee tracking for new webshop features and AB testing
• •Conduct analyses on landing pages, account verification, churn rate, chargebacks, and new features
• •Develop and automate dashboards in Tableau or other analytics tools
• •Liaise with Performance Marketing, Product, CRM, and Brand teams
• •Collaborate with Analytics Engineers on testing ideas and analysis
• •Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for various performance areas
