Anforderungen

• Qualified European Patent Attorney
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a global law firm or multinational corporate environment
• Expertise in patent drafting and prosecution
• Freedom-to-operate analyses
• Litigation experience
• Mergers & acquisitions experience
• Contract/technology transaction review experience
• Strong knowledge of software inventions
• Knowledge of open source software (OSS)
• Knowledge of copyright and trademarks
• Knowledge of fiscal IP matters
• Knowledge of antitrust issues related to IP
• Experience managing outside counsel and service providers
• Experience overseeing the IP budget
• Experience with non-European IP jurisdictions, particularly the US and/or China
• Experience with non-European IP jurisdictions is advantageous
• Managerial experience is a plus
• Previous experience in the Robotics sector preferred

• Identify IP opportunities and manage patent prosecution
• Shape and align patent portfolios with business strategy
• Manage relationships with preferred IP law firms
• Collaborate with outside counsel on enforcement and litigation
• Conduct legal operability assessments and advise on IP risks
• Promote IP awareness and foster a strong IP culture
• Supervise specific activities within the IP function
