- Experience managing teams using multiple estimating tools and applications
- Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases
- Collaborative approach with strong relationship development skills
- Good organization skills with ability to multi-task
- Good command of written and spoken German and English
Aufgaben
- Act as the primary cost management liaison with clients and project stakeholders
- Prepare cost estimates and manage pre and post-contract duties
- Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports
- Estimate costs and produce the final cost plan
- Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification and tender analysis
- Produce and compile contractual documents for tenders
- Ensure timely and accurate cost checks and valuations
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to clients
- Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
- Participate in managing post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- Perform cost risk analysis and provide input for value engineering
- Negotiate and approve final accounts
- Maintain feedback on cost estimating and contribute to best practices
