- Experience with SOX 404 process and controls
- IFRS knowledge is a plus
- Proven track record in managing teams
- Strong risk management knowledge
- Technical writing skills
- Proactive and flexible mindset
- Team-oriented from concept to implementation
- Ability to build internal and external networks
- Strong English skills required
- German and French are a plus
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with leadership to develop client strategies.
- Work with service lines to provide integrated delivery.
- Support and deliver US GAAP FAAS projects.
- Deliver SOX 404 advisory services for transactions.
- Participate in implementing ESG disclosure requirements.
- Understand client needs to develop clear deliverables.
- Coach local and offshore colleagues with initiative.
- Ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulations.
- Engage in developing new FAAS project opportunities.
- Understand client needs from transactions to compliance.
