- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, architecture, engineering, or related field
- •2–5 years of professional experience in real estate brokerage and transaction management
- •Effective networking skills with established professional network in real estate
- •Structured, detail-oriented, and holistic thinking
- •Excellent teamwork, high commitment, and flexibility
- •Fluency in German with excellent command of French and English

- •Advise on project developments in real estate
- •Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing department
- •Expand and maintain client relationships
- •Participate in trade fairs and client events
- •Cross-sell services to other departments within JBRE and Julius Baer
