- Tech-savviness, eagerness to deepen understanding of data/AI domain
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to draw insights from data
- Analytical mindset, comfort with data-driven analysis for decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex ideas clearly, adaptability to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating impactful presentations or reports
- Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork and client liaison
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
