- Develop strategies for AI and data transformation
- Work with client leadership on high-stakes business questions
- Break down complex challenges into actionable recommendations
- Use classic strategy consulting frameworks and data/AI methodologies
- Support projects from hypothesis framing to implementation
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Facilitate client workshops and design governance structures
- Create implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and business leaders
- Build trusted client relationships
- Communicate recommendations clearly
- Ensure strategic alignment with clients
- Shape new offerings for the Lausanne office
- Create intellectual capital (frameworks, thought pieces, benchmarks)
- Participate in business development
