Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Studies or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years experience in configuring or implementing Order to Cash solution and Logistics Execution
- 3+ successful SAP projects experience as project manager, functional lead or consultant
- Proactive and structured approach to driving initiatives
- Strong knowledge integrating SAP Order-to-Cash (SD/LE) with other SAP modules (EWM/WM, MM, FI)
- Familiarity with end-to-end thinking
- ABAP debugging skills
- Experience in EDI and IDOC interface for sales orders processing
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in virtual teams
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and colleagues of all hierarchy levels
- Readiness to travel (20%) when needed for projects
- Business fluent English (written and verbal)
- German language skills (big advantage)
- 1 day home office per week offered
Aufgaben
- Design solutions for global SAP Order-to-Cash processes
- Support business teams with S/4 HANA technology
- Integrate SAP applications with non-SAP systems and cloud technologies
- Manage application support for incident resolution and change requests
- Ensure compliance with legal and local business requirements
- Integrate SD/LE with GTS, EWM, WM, and MM
- Contribute to harmonization initiatives and global template solutions
- Adjust SAP solutions according to Sika’s best practices
- Implement SAP solutions using defined methodologies
- Lead and support template roll-outs and complex projects
- Conduct data migration, training, testing, and go-live activities
