Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 2–4 years relevant professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Deal Advisory, or Private Equity
- Transaction execution experience: financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, stakeholder management
- Client and buyer communication skills, ownership across transaction cycle
- Initiative and ability to support multiple transactions in parallel
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German
- French language skills considered a strong asset
- Concise communication of concepts and ideas
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure complex issues and develop practical recommendations

- Prepare and review transaction deliverables
- Create information memoranda and teasers
- Develop process materials and management presentations
- Perform financial models and valuations
- Use market multiples and precedent transactions
- Conduct DCF analyses and other valuation methods
- Support M&A transactions from origination to closing
- Manage workstreams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Conduct industry and market analyses
- Support strategic decision-making
- Develop target identification and buyer screening
- Create long and short lists
- Participate in due diligence processes
- Identify and translate key findings into recommendations
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure high-quality deliverables
- Adhere to tight deadlines
- Support business development
- Prepare and develop pitches and proposals
