- Ability to drive complex programs/projects and collaborate with stakeholders
- Good track record in leading data-driven initiatives
- Effective written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills for executive audiences
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Business Admin, Economics, (Computer) Science or Engineering
- Solid professional work experience and experience in management consulting (strategy consulting firm or in-house) and/or strategic product management (plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of German (plus)
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to work with speed and accuracy
