Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification
- 3-5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Strong foundation in consolidation accounting
- Strong foundation in financial reporting
- Big 4 experience advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP or IFRS
- Hands-on experience supporting financial reporting for US-listed company
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Experience with OneStream highly desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly desirable
- Strong grasp of internal controls
- Strong grasp of audit processes
- Strong grasp of SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Meet most of the requirements
Aufgaben
- Lead timely consolidation procedures
- Manage system interfaces, FX inputs, intercompany eliminations, and confirmation rules
- Prepare topside consolidation manual journal entries
- Develop and enhance consolidated financial reports
- Create analytical deliverables for stakeholders
- Maintain FICO master data
- Map general ledger presentation, cost centers, segments, and regions
- Provide guidance on FICO master data application
- Support 20-F footnote disclosure preparation
- Maintain financial reporting controls
- Ensure compliance with change management and SOX controls
- Lead consolidation and FICO master data workstreams for M&A projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Provide thorough documentation and clear explanations
- Champion best practices and automation solutions
- Contribute to financial reporting responsibilities
- Document controls, technical accounting memos, and policy updates
