In this role, you will shape Omio's compensation and benefits strategy to attract and retain top talent. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing programs, conducting market research, and collaborating with teams to enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• •Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or similar role
• •Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits, and employee recognition programs
• •Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
• •Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and people data
• •Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
• •Effective communicator with ability to present to Executive stakeholders
• •Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and professional

Aufgaben

• •Lead the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs
• •Conduct market research and benchmarking for competitive total rewards
• •Maintain accurate compensation structures and salary ranges
• •Support annual and off-cycle salary review cycles
• •Ensure compliance with local legal requirements
• •Oversee implementation of employee benefits across multiple geographies
• •Review and enhance benefits offerings based on feedback and insights
• •Support communication initiatives for benefits and well-being programs
• •Partner with the People team to align rewards with performance management
• •Provide insights for reward-related decision-making
• •Maintain accurate HR data in systems for reporting
• •Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation and benefits metrics
• •Collaborate with People Ops and Finance for budgeting and planning
• •Create engaging materials to explain total rewards programs
