- Proven track record in PK/PD modeling and interpretation
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in dynamic environment

Aufgaben
- Lead clinical pharmacology strategy and study design
- Develop innovative clinical pharmacology approaches
- Define dose selection and escalation strategies
- Characterize exposure-response relationships
- Integrate nonclinical, translational, biomarker, and clinical data
- Design clinical studies with PK and PD endpoints
- Apply biomarkers and MIDD to enhance study design
- Contribute to protocol development and statistical considerations
- Collaborate with Research, Translational Sciences, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs
- Represent clinical pharmacology in life cycle meetings
- Provide strategic input in program governance meetings
- Manage new clinical candidates and ongoing studies
- Author regulatory documentation (IND/CTA, briefing documents, health authority responses)
- Represent clinical pharmacology in agency interactions
- Oversee external partners (CROs, modeling vendors)
