- Strategically steer multiple product categories.
- Shape category performance, growth, and direction.
- Align category initiatives with country targets.
- Align category initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Contribute to sustainable growth.
- Support key country-level initiatives.
- Translate company and country targets into initiatives.
- Initiate corrective actions for performance deviations.
- Collaborate on annual planning and forecasting.
- Provide category expertise and market insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations.
- Continuously optimize assortment strategy.
- Optimize onboarding roadmap, including bundles and sets.
- Ensure strong market coverage.
- Act as strategic cross-functional interface.
- Ensure aligned execution with stakeholders.
- Contribute to country-related projects.
- Lead a team of three Category Managers.
- Enable team growth and development.
- Foster efficient, scalable processes.
