- Benchmark and identify new backup sources for supply chain continuity
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and terms
- Troubleshoot supply problems as they arise
- Ensure completeness and integrity of supplier data and purchasing records
- Prepare cost estimates and report results of cost reduction initiatives
