- Participation in technical discussions and design reviews
- Comfortable working in English
- Experience with Prisma
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with GraphQL (urql or Apollo)
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, RDS, Elastic Beanstalk)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong habits around testing (Jest, Cucumber, Playwright)
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare or finance)
- Experience with Kotlin
- Experience with Spring
- Interest in mentoring and helping others grow
