- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Gitlab, Terraform
- Certifications for AWS / Go / PHP
- Strong understanding of distributed systems
- Service-to-service communication and reliability best practices
- Proficiency with observability stacks
- Monitoring, alerting, logging, and distributed tracing
