- Design and implement Java solutions with high impact and autonomy
- Maintain and enhance the multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Develop new products with AI, standalone or integrated
- Improve development lifecycle with modern methods and technologies
- Propose, review, and explore solutions with team members
- Review test cases, designs, and code from team members
- Own significant parts of runtime with SREs
- Collaborate on interfaces with Front-End, QA, and Data
- Coach and train team members on best practices
