- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Real-time OLAP experience
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Pragmatic mindset regarding maintainability and reliability
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based systems
- Understanding of RAG or model integration
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging
- Curiosity and motivation to learn technologies
Aufgaben
- Design and operate scalable backend services
- Build APIs for internal and external platforms
- Manage production systems from development to monitoring
- Integrate AI and LLM-based components into architectures
- Validate and harden prototypes for production use
- Collaborate with ML and Data teams on features
- Implement logging, metrics, and tracing observability standards
- Maintain secure, performant, and cost-aware systems
- Deploy services using cloud and containerized environments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape solutions
- Drive technical alignment and shared architecture standards
- Translate complex problems into concrete technical plans
- Lead code quality and operational ownership efforts
- Steer long-term platform and technical strategy
- Mentor engineers to raise overall technical standards
