Anforderungen

  • Proven track record owning complex, first-of-kind multi-party commercial relationships
  • Prior experience in European mobility or automotive ecosystem
  • Expert communication skills for complex negotiations and executive-level operations
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, navigate ambiguity, and drive deals with minimal oversight
  • Work in a multinational, diverse, collaborative team striving for excellence
  • 7+ years experience in strategic partnerships with deep knowledge of European automotive or mobility ecosystem
  • Established relationships with European AV companies, OEMs, or fleet operators
  • Demonstrated track record owning senior-level commercial relationships with complex, multi-party stakeholders
  • Strong commercial instincts, ability to read deal structure, identify risks, and negotiate effectively
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote setup, representing company externally without close oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience working with or across Chinese technology companies
  • Prior exposure to EU mobility regulatory landscape

Aufgaben

  • Own end-to-end AV partner relationships in Europe
  • Serve as primary external contact for partner leadership
  • Steer partnership negotiations, coordinating cross-functional input
  • Navigate complex commercial structures in negotiations
  • Identify and qualify new AV partner opportunities in Europe
  • Track and manage partner deliverables and milestones
  • Proactively flag and resolve commercial risks
  • Expand scope and scale of active partnerships
  • Manage partner-side reporting and ensure commitments are met
  • Monitor European AV market for new entrants and trends
  • Inform pipeline prioritization and strategy
  • Align with Freenow teams on European market strategy
  • Leverage local expertise and relationships
  • Represent European perspective in global AV strategy discussions
