- 4-8 years of experience in the indexing business or other relevant fields
- Strong expertise in equity investment products
- Further proven programming skills in Python
- Experience with data vendor terminals (e.g. FactSet)
- Delivery of timely results with focus on high quality under tight deadlines
- Self-confidence and team spirit
- Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement innovative equity index methodologies
- Design equity index strategies in quantitative, thematic, and ESG areas
- Conduct historical performance simulations for investment strategies
- Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in client meetings and sales campaigns
- Provide technical and professional support to clients and stakeholders
- Draft index guidelines and supporting documents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in index development
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and marketing teams for index launches
