Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sustainability, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field
- •At least 8 years of professional experience in data governance, master data management, or enterprise data stewardship
- •Strong understanding of master data management principles, governance frameworks, and metadata concepts
- •Extensive experience in sustainability data management, process design, and relevant IT solutions within global organizations, preferably pharmaceutical industries or FMCG
- •Proven track record in defining and implementing sustainability data management and reporting processes
- •Demonstrated success working in business transformation environments
- •Excellent working knowledge of SAP systems (type ERP, MDG) and data management tools
- •Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art sustainability software and software implementation projects
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and structured approach as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in cross-functional and intercultural settings
