- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art sustainability software and software implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and structured approach as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in cross-functional and intercultural settings

- Align sustainability data requirements with reporting processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainability objectives
- Define and document sustainability data management processes
- Harmonize process standards across the company
- Identify best practices to enhance process efficiency
- Lead software implementation projects involving SAP solutions
- Drive integration of sustainability data into existing SAP solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sustainability software
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for system adoption
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for data processes
