Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models in a business or industrial setting
- Proven success in bringing models from research or prototype stage into productive, value-generating operations
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus
- Strong expertise in prediction and perception
- Strong expertise in planning
- Strong expertise in end-to-end learning
- Strong expertise in vision-language-action models
- Strong expertise in world models for driving
- Strong expertise in reinforcement learning
- Strong expertise in fine-tuning of vision-language-models
- Strong expertise in machine learning safety concepts
- Hands-on experience with Python-based ML stacks and production environments
- Thorough understanding of automated driving functions and their typical software stack
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of German, both written and spoken, is an advantage
